"Our issue at Webdrop was getting new customers (like all businesses), converting registered leads and improving retention. Very happy with the result, learned a lot, cool to have an outside eye reviewing all the work done for 6 years. It really helps to evolve and improve the whole customer journey quickly. U ne of the tips was to change our subscription plans on Shopify which greatly improved our conversion (while it was really a small change but a great return).
